Fredrik Hammer

Fredrik Hammer is an experienced HR professional with a background in Human Resources across various sectors, including Telecom, IT, Technology, Energy, and Industrial Production. Currently serving as the HR Director for Global Functions at Oatly, Fredrik oversees HR strategy and transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Fredrik held significant HR leadership roles, including Head of HR at Cellnex Telecom and HR Director at Tunstall Nordic. Fredrik’s education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University, complemented by independent university courses in the field.
