Handan Balıoğlu is a Quality & Process Improvement Manager at Oatly, where they lead the integration of quality management and food safety into daily operations. With 15 years of international experience in the plant-based and brewing industries, they have a strong background in HACCP, GMP, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Handan held various roles at Anadolu Efes, overseeing quality assurance strategies across multiple facilities. They are a certified brewmaster and are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at RSM, expected to graduate in 2027.
