Julia Sandberg

Julia Sandberg has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as People Director at Oatly since December 2018, where previous roles included People & Business Partner and HR Assistant. Prior experience includes staffing and recruitment at Bemannica and an internship at Unionen Sydväst. Julia also worked as a GDPR coordinator at Alfa Laval and held positions at Precont and Café Dahls Bakeshop. Julia's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on labor law from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution, along with additional studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and NTI Gymnasiet.
