Marissa Joven

Marissa Joven is an experienced project and people experience manager with a diverse background in branding, marketing, and real estate. Currently serving as Event Project Manager at Oatly since February 2025, Joven previously held roles at Oatly, including Creative Project Lead and People Experience Manager, where responsibilities included employer branding and leadership development initiatives. Joven's earlier experience spans project management and brand strategy roles at Farm Design and LoweFriends, as well as a real estate career at Pasadena Views Real Estate Team Inc. and marketing advisory at Quickenings. Joven holds a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University and an International Baccalaureate from Li Po Chun United World College.
