Mia Nideborn

Mia Nideborn possesses extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the food and beverage industry. From 2007 to 2010, Mia served as a Studentambassadör at Skåneslivsmedelsakademi and worked as an Equipment Controller at Alfa Laval. Mia's career progressed at Skånemejerier, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of milk products, and continued at Nordic Sea Winery as a Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on ISO, organic, and traceability systems. Mia held a Global Product Quality Leader position at IKEA Group from March 2015 to December 2019. Most recently, Mia worked at Oatly as a Global Quality Engineer and later as a Global Quality Control Manager from December 2019 to September 2023. Mia holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Biotechnology, and Food Technology from Lunds tekniska högskola, earned from 2005 to 2009.
