Renée Sibolt

Renée Sibolt has significant experience in the field of sustainable sourcing and quality assurance. Renée worked at Oatly from 2018 to the present, where they served as the Sustainable Sourcing Quality Assurance Contract Manufacturing Lead, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality requirements. Renée also worked as the Sourcing Innovation Lead, bridging the gap between innovation squads and the Sustainable Sourcing Team. Renée was a member of the Sustainable Sourcing Management Team and the Operational SteerCo, where they represented the strategic sourcing, co-manufacturing, and quality assurance aspects. Prior to Oatly, Renée worked at Findus Sverige as the Supplier Assurance Manager and Packaging Developer. Renée also had experience at KåKå AB (Orkla), Atria Scandinavia, and ICA in various supply-related roles.

Renée Sibolt obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering and Management, from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. This degree was earned between the years 2006 and 2010.
