Silvia Hüttner

Silvia Hüttner is a Principal Scientist in Enzyme and Fermentation Technology at Oatly since February 2021, where innovation in enzyme science and technology is driven, focusing on new enzyme applications and production process improvements. Prior experience includes consulting for Bright Green Partners in biotechnology and fermentation topics, serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Innovation and R&D at Mycorena AB, and conducting advanced research at Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in bioplastic-producing bacteria and biomass-degrading enzymes. Silvia holds a PhD in Biotechnology and an extensive academic background that includes positions as a researcher and postdoctoral researcher at various prestigious institutions.
