Sofia Ehlde

Sofia Ehlde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food innovation and operations management. Since June 2006, Sofia has held various leadership roles at Oatly AB, including Executive Vice President of Food Innovation, Innovation Director, Operations Director, and Factory Manager. Prior to this, Sofia served as Product Development Manager at Ceba Foods AB from February 1999 to May 2006, the former name of Oatly AB.
