Stina Burri currently serves as a Food Technology Specialist and Technology Development Engineer at Oatly since March 2020. Prior to this role, Stina worked as a Laboratory Engineer at Lunds Tekniska Högskola from May 2015 to March 2020, focusing on innovative plant-based products and being involved in several projects related to the protein shift. Stina also pursued a PhD within the SUSMEATPRO project, examining the addition of plant antioxidants to processed meat products to reduce health risks. Additional experience includes positions at Uppsala University, Hemfrid AB, and the French National Institute for Agricultural Research, along with a Master Thesis project in animal behavior. Stina's educational background includes a Master of Science in Animal Science from SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
