Ruby Leyendecker

Ruby Leyendecker is an accomplished sensory scientist currently employed at Oats Overnight since December 2024. Prior to this role, Ruby served as Product Development & Quality Manager at Savor Seasonings from October 2023 to December 2024, and as a Regulatory Specialist at MANE for a brief period in 2023. Ruby's extensive experience in quality control and sensory analysis began with Givaudan, where Ruby held multiple positions, including QC Sensory Supervisor, Specification and Formulation Supervisor, and Quality Specialist, from June 2011 to April 2022. Ruby's career started at AluChem, Inc. as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician from July 2010 to May 2011. Ruby obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical science from Xavier University, completing the program in 2010.
