Bulent Dal

Bulent Dal, Ph.D., has extensive work experience in the software and consultancy industry. Bulent co-founded and served as the CEO of OBASE, a pioneering company specializing in scientific retail solutions and analytical solutions. At OBASE, they led an expert team that transformed data into business value and increased efficiency for their customers. Additionally, they co-founded Obase Inc in 2015, where they continued to apply their insights-driven management approach and created business solutions with analytics. Prior to their roles at OBASE and Obase Inc, they co-founded OSIS Software in 1997, delivering information management solutions and IT consultancy services. Before that, they worked as a software specialist and project manager at HAVAş from 1991 to 1994.

Bulent Dal, PhD has an extensive education history in various fields of study. Bulent obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991.

Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in System Analysis and Distributed Database Management Systems from Istanbul Technical University, completing this program from 1991 to 1993.

Continuing their academic journey, Bulent Dal enrolled at Istanbul University from 1994 to 1999 for their Doctorate in Computer Sciences. During this time, they focused on Data Warehouse and Decision Support Systems.

Additionally, Bulent Dal briefly pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Istanbul University from 1993 to 1994, further expanding their knowledge in the field of Business Administration.

Throughout their education, Bulent Dal demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing their knowledge and skills in various domains, including mathematical engineering, system analysis, distributed database management systems, data warehouse, decision support systems, and business administration.
