Doris Sprung

Doris Sprung is a Senior Spezialistin in Employer Branding at ÖBB, where they manage and develop strategies for employer branding and recruitment since 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Austrian Airlines from 2005 to 2016, including Talent Management & Recruiting and Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on improving HR processes and employer branding initiatives. Additionally, they served as a Referent Human Resources at Eurowings Luftverkehrs AG for a year in 2016 to 2017. Doris earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Relations and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labor Law from FH Burgenland.
