Kurt Bauer has had extensive work experience in the transportation and consulting industries. Kurt began their career at Accenture as a Controlling Specialist. Kurt then moved on to Railistics GmbH, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager for seven years. After that, they joined Deutsche Bahn as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Head of Department for Strategy and Processes.
