Raphaela Pulsinger

Raphaela Pulsinger is currently the Founder of CMC DACH, a change management network connecting experts and decision-makers in the transformation field across the DACH region. Previously, Raphaela held several leadership roles at ÖBB, including Head of Change Management as a Service and Head of Digital Change, where they managed teams and focused on fostering digital agile transformation. Raphaela has also accumulated diverse experience in employer branding and recruiting during an internship at UniCredit Bank Austria AG and as a Project Assistant at AGRANA Group. With a Bachelor's degree in Personal Management and Organizational Development and multiple certifications in agile and change management, Raphaela is dedicated to supporting organizations through transformative changes.
