Traude Kogoj

Traude Kogoj has extensive experience in management and academia, serving as Geschäftsführerin at derort OG from 2005 to 2012, where expertise in Unternehmensberatung was developed. Kogoj held the position of Kaufmännische Geschäftsführerin for the Klangkunstfestival phonofemme, an international festival of feminist sound art, from 2008 to 2009, and was involved in Kaufmännische Projektleitung at Opernwerkstatt Wien from 2006 to 2007. Since 2007, Kogoj has served as a lecturer at Universität Wien, focusing on research management and organizational communication, while also contributing to various research and training institutions in the areas of gender and diversity management. Since December 2012, Kogoj has been the Konzernbeauftragte für Gender & Diversity at ÖBB, also leading the LC Inclusion&Diversity initiative. Kogoj holds a Magistra in Political Science and a doctorate in Political Science, both from Universität Wien.
