Akshay Kumar is currently the Assistant Vice President of Vehicle Engineering at Oben Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering & Management and completed a certification in Automotive Chassis System at IKSC Knowledge Bridge. Previously, Akshay founded Elektrik Motors and served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Oben EV. Their passion for automobiles was evident during their college years, where they contributed to several car projects, including designing and manufacturing formula-type cars and all-terrain vehicles. In 2016, Akshay participated in the driver's selection program for the Volkswagen Vento Cup.
