Thiago Roberto possesses extensive experience in production supervision, having held positions at Oben Group and TERPHANE where supervision of production teams was a primary responsibility. At Bunge, Thiago managed a team of 35 employees focused on achieving wheat flour production targets, and previously contributed to the strategic management of food production at Moinho Suape. Early career roles include experience in quality and environmental management systems at Moinho Suape and in various analytical positions at Elementus Consultoria. Thiago holds a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering from PUC Minas and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
