Scott was the Owner and EVP of World Wide Sales at Oberon Technologies, a leading provider of interactive training solutions utilizing virtual and extended reality technologies. Scott was responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities, as well as providing software and service solutions to customers. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Solution Sales at The Solutions Group, where they developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies and measured sales performance. Scott also worked as a District Sales Manager at Arbortext Inc., where they sold enterprise publishing software systems to various industries.

Scott Youngblom attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Business, and Computer Science.
