Jon Dekar

Jon Dekar is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with over a decade of experience in the robotics industry. As the Founder and CEO of DESiN LLC since 2010, Jon spearheaded the creation and development of Obi, the robotic dining companion, which originated during Jon's college years. Prior to establishing DESiN LLC, Jon worked as a Mechanical Engineer Co-Op at Battelle Medical Device Solutions, focusing on design of experiments, mechanical design, and procurement. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, obtained in 2011.
