Edda Becker

Edda Becker serves as a Venture Client Manager at OBI Group Holding and OBI SQUARED since July 2021, focusing on integrating startups and driving impactful innovations within the retail value chain. Edda also mentors at STARTUP TEENS to foster entrepreneurship education. As a Freelance Innovation Consultant and Moderator, Edda conducts design thinking workshops and engages in group facilitation. Previous experience includes roles as Innovation Manager at edding AG, where Edda established a corporate innovation culture, and Program Manager at Stiftung - Club of Hamburg, providing strategic advisement and overseeing large-scale events. Edda holds a Master of Science in Global Management & Governance from HSBA Hamburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
