Daniel Simandl

Daniel Simandl has a wealth of work experience. Daniel began their career in 2008 as a Broker Assistant at Futures International LLC, where they supported a team of brokers by ensuring the accuracy of trade executions and account allocations, acted as a liaison between customers and brokers, and performed general clerical work. Daniel then moved on to become a Commodities Options Broker at the same company, where they analyzed the financial markets, monitored global supply and demand shifts, and managed relationships with clients. In 2015, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Registered Investment Advisor, where they gathered and analyzed client investment goals to compile comprehensive retirement planning reports, analyzed and maintained current knowledge of financial market conditions and trends, and monitored client portfolios for allocation alignment and investment opportunities. Finally, in 2018, they joined Conversant as a Fullstack Software Engineer, and in 2021 they joined Obie as a Full Stack Engineer.

Daniel Simandl received their BSC in Finance/Accounting from DePaul University in 2010. Daniel then continued their education at Fullstack Academy in 2018.
