Aspen C. has held multiple roles in various companies. They started their work experience in 2020 as a Freelancer/Consultant, providing community management and social media expertise to startup companies. In this role, they improved social media content, expanded online communities, and developed brand guidelines.

In 2020, Aspen C. also worked as a Discord Moderator for the online community of Yandere Simulator, where they oversaw a team of moderators and organized engaging events to drive community participation.

In 2022, Aspen C. joined Tract as a Content Moderator, responsible for maintaining a safe and appropriate online environment. They reviewed videos and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines and collaborated on developing engaging merchandise.
