Kg Muthukumar

KG Muthukumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. KG started their career at Tandem Computers Inc. as Sr. Manager - Industry Marketing and Channels, where they focused on industry solutions and channels strategy for the financial services, telecommunications, and payments industries. Muthukumar then moved to Compaq Computer Corp., where they served as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, pursuing strategic venture opportunities in enterprise software, eCommerce infrastructure, wireless, and telecommunications. KG also held the role of Director of Product Management, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise software solutions for global financial institutions, payment systems providers, and eCommerce organizations.

Following their time at Compaq, Muthukumar joined Object Edge Inc. as a Principal Consultant in the Business Engineering and Technology Strategy Practice. KG later returned to Object Edge Inc. in 2016 as Chief Data Officer and Head of Analytics and Data Science. In this role, they provided commerce advisory and solutions to global businesses in the retail and B2B commerce space, emphasizing commerce, design, and data expertise.

Muthukumar also worked at AerLinX Inc. as Vice President of Analytics, Customer Systems, and IOT Platform, where they focused on transforming the pricing and sale of electricity in the US and Canada. Additionally, they served as the Director and Head of Enterprise Information Management at Delta Dental Insurance Company, where they led initiatives in analytics, business intelligence, big data, and customer intelligence.

Lastly, Muthukumar held the position of Managing Director - Enterprise CRM and Business Intelligence Technology program at Charles Schwab. In this role, they were responsible for the CRM and business intelligence program across all Schwab business enterprises.

Throughout their career, Muthukumar has demonstrated expertise in areas such as analytics, data science, customer systems, enterprise information management, and technology strategy.

KG Muthukumar has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. KG also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in TOGAF from The Open Group.
