Pradeep Boiri

Pradeep Boiri is Director HR at OTSI. In this role he guides the HR Delivery and Strategic Teams at OTSI to strengthen people practices for effective hiring, developing, engaging and retaining good talent. He also partners with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leadership and Senior Management on strategies for present and future talent needs. Pradeep has over 20 years of experience in the HR function, he has been part of leadership teams in companies like OSI, IIC, and Verizon. He is a seasoned professional in strengthening business aligned HR Systems, driving organizational strategic initiatives and building great teams & leaders. A Science graduate, he has pursued Executive HRM from the prestigious IIM, Kolkata.
