Simone Siber

Simone Siber (ehem. Hammerl) is the Head of People Operations at Objectbay, where they manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with a special focus on recruiting and employer branding strategies. Previously, Simone held various roles in category management, personnel development, and recruiting at companies such as SPAR Österreich, KTM GROUP, and Regionalmedien Austria AG. They obtained a Master of Arts in Business Consulting and Management from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt between 2019 and 2021. At Objectbay, Simone emphasizes creating an agile environment for passionate software developers to thrive and continuously develop their skills.
