David Morgan

David Morgan has a diverse work experience in the staffing and talent acquisition industry. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at three companies: Objective Paradigm, ObjectiveERP, and Talution Group. At Objective Paradigm, the company is known for its exceptional work environment and offers direct-hire placement and sourcing services. ObjectiveERP focuses on providing human capital solutions specialized in ERP technology. Talution Group is a premier IT staffing services provider with a rapidly growing Salesforce practice. Prior to these roles, David held various positions at Addison Group, where they served as the President of Information Technology and Engineering, and later as the Founder and President. David also worked at Sapphire Technologies as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and VP.

David Morgan attended Merrimack College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
