Kevin Krumm

Kevin Krumm has a strong background in the staffing and talent acquisition industry. Kevin is currently the COO at Objective Paradigm, Inc, where they oversee a team of over 80 recruiters providing services to clients and candidates nationwide. Kevin also co-founded ObjectiveERP, a start-up staffing and talent acquisition firm focused on ERP technology. Prior to this, Kevin served as the COO at Talution Group, a provider of IT staff augmentation and consulting services. Kevin has also been actively involved in the industry as a board member for the Midwest Chapter of TechServe Alliance. In addition, Kevin has experience in event organization as they served as an Organizer and Volunteer Committee Co-Chair for TEDxMidwest. Before joining Objective Paradigm, Kevin held various recruitment roles at BusinessEdge Solutions, Database Design Solutions, Inc., Inventa Technologies, and Pencom Systems.

Kevin Krumm completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Rutgers University. After that, in 2015, they attended General Assembly where they studied Analytics. In 2017, they participated in the altMBA program.
