Ryan Pollock

Ryan Pollock has a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Ryan is the Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Objective Paradigm, where they are responsible for promoting the firm's recruitment services and leading dedicated recruitment teams. In addition, Ryan is the Co-Founder and CRO of ObjectiveERP, a startup staffing and talent acquisition firm specializing in ERP technology. Ryan co-founded Talution Group in 2009, where they serve as the Co-Founder and CRO, driving the growth of the company's general tech staffing solutions and specialized Salesforce practice. Previously, Ryan worked as a Recruiting Manager at Inventa Technologies and as a Technical Recruiter at Pencom Systems. In 2014, they co-founded T4Youth.

Ryan Pollock attended Rutgers University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended Rutgers Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
