Kim de Oude

Kim de Oude is currently the People and Culture Manager at Objective Platform, where Kim is responsible for setting up the People & Culture function. Prior to this role, Kim worked at IMC Trading as an HR Generalist, handling various HR tasks such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Kim also has experience working at Groupon and StartMonday in HR roles. Kim has a background in Anthropology, having obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the field.
