Robert Hayen is an experienced leader in consulting and operations, currently serving as the Head of Delivery Centres at Objective Corporation since November 2009. In this role, Robert oversees central consulting delivery teams focused on content, planning, building, and regulatory solutions, while driving initiatives for business scalability and customer engagement. Previously, Robert held various roles, including Services Director, Practice Leader, and Senior Project Manager at Objective Corporation, where accomplishments included successfully launching the Queensland business and enhancing customer success and employee engagement. Robert has a diverse background in academia, having served as a sessional academic at Macquarie Law School and as an associate lecturer at the University of Sydney. Robert’s expertise is further supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (Philosophy, German) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Macquarie University.
