Steve Deaville

Steve Deaville serves as the Regional Director for the UK & US at Objective Corporation, where responsibilities include leading the expansion of Objective software within the public sector since March 2023. Prior to this role, Steve was the Managing Director at Commerce Decisions from November 2015 to March 2022, guiding a team to optimize outcomes in complex procurement programs globally. Additional experience includes strategic business development in retail at Zynstra, interim EMEA Business Development Director at Pitney Bowes Software, and various leadership positions at Microsoft Ltd, including Chief Technology Officer. Steve holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Software Development from Leeds Beckett University and has furthered education with diplomas and certificates in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
