Thomas Connelly

Thomas Connelly is an experienced Program Manager with a diverse background in IT governance and consulting services. Currently, Thomas holds multiple program management roles at Objectstream, Inc. and the Federal Aviation Administration since 2009. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Consulting Services at CGI from June 1996 to June 2008, where Thomas managed various aspects of outsourcing IT engagements and resources across both onshore and offshore locations. Thomas holds a BA in Business from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, earned between 1970 and 1976.
