Nanni Sackmann has extensive experience in people operations, talent acquisition, and talent management.
From 2007 to 2011, Sackmann worked as an Assistant and Research Support at Spencer Stuart.
In 2011, Sackmann moved on to OLX Group, where they served as a Senior Tech Recruiter until 2013.
Following this, Sackmann joined L'Oréal as a Senior HR Business Partner/Coordinator, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and managing various HR needs.
In 2014, Sackmann became the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at L'Oréal and played a key role in developing and delivering recruiting and talent management solutions.
After L'Oréal, Sackmann worked as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition freelancer, collaborating with different companies and focusing on European Tech Recruiting.
From 2018 to 2019, Sackmann served as the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Lead - Tech at dunnhumby, where they led talent acquisition efforts for Sociomantic Labs.
In 2019, Sackmann joined IOV Labs as the Talent Acquisition & Development Head, responsible for attracting, training, and retaining top talent.
Further, in 2021, Sackmann held dual positions at Composable Finance and Advanced Blockchain AG, serving as the Chief People & Operations at both companies. In these roles, Sackmann built and led teams, developed policies and processes, and worked closely with the CEOs to shape company strategy.
Most recently, Sackmann is set to start working as the Head of People at Obol Labs Inc. in November 2022.
Nanni Sackmann has a strong education background in the field of Human Resources Development. In 2009, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2014, they completed a Talent Management Course at the Instituto Universitario 'Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas'. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Digital Talent Development at the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP. In 2020, they participated in the Leadership & Coaching Program at Reger Palmer. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the Strategic Human Resources Management Program at Esade.
