Shirly Mitchell is currently the Vice President of Finance at Starplast, a position Shirly held briefly in 2020. With extensive experience in finance and business analysis, Shirly previously served as a Senior Finance Manager and was a Senior Business Analyst at Ex Libris from 2004 to 2009. Shirly has also worked as a Financial Data Analyst at EY from 1998 to 2001 and held the role of Head of Information Center at Orange Israel from 2009 to 2013.
