Arve Heggem is currently a Prosjektdirektør at OBOS Nye Hjem, a position held since 2011. Prior to this role, Arve served as Regiondirektør at Skanska Bolig from 2005 to 2010 and held the position of Regionleder at OPAK from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Arve was an Assisting Project Manager at Skanska, where they contributed to departmental leadership in residential development. Arve earned a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1995 and 1999.
