Frode Aalmen has extensive experience in business development and digital transformation, currently serving as Team Leader for Business Dialogue and Portfolio at OBOS since May 2018. In previous roles at OBOS, Frode has held positions including Team Leader for Business Development and Acting Director for Digital Customer Services, focusing on the creation of new business areas and the digitalization of existing processes. Prior to OBOS, Frode worked as a Project Leader at Sopra Steria, a leading international consulting firm. Frode has also participated in several SIKT conferences from 2015 to 2017 and has experience in training and education as a Training Advisor and Teacher at various high schools in Oslo. Frode holds a Master's degree in Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
