Guro Gladhaug

Guro Gladhaug currently serves as CRM-ansvarlig markedsføring for OBOS-banken, starting in August 2024. Prior to this role, Guro worked as CRM-rådgiver at KLP from August 2023 to July 2024, focusing on automation and member engagement through Microsoft Dynamics Insight Journey. From August 2021 to July 2023, Guro held the position of Senior CRM-rådgiver at Norges Automobil-Forbund, managing automated dialogues and member communications. Guro has significant experience from Oculos and OMG AS as a strategic advisor and business developer in CRM, alongside previous roles at Telia and DNB, where responsibilities included CRM marketing and communication strategy. Guro's educational background includes a Master of Science in Media, Communication and Information Technology and a Cand.mag in Communication and Media Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
