Håkon Gjengstø

Håkon Gjengstø currently serves as Group Business Controller at OBOS, where responsibilities include financial reporting, development of a rolling forecast process, and project leadership for the annual reports. Prior to OBOS, Håkon held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Mestergruppen AS, providing CFO support and overseeing reporting to senior management. Håkon's experience at Orkla Group included serving as Senior Business Controller for Orkla Food Ingredients, with a focus on financial reporting and budgeting. Earlier in the career, Håkon worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at EY, specializing in auditing various industries. Håkon also has retail experience as a store employee and shift leader at REMA 1000 and completed military service in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Håkon holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and has participated in exchange programs at National Chengchi University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
