Joachim W. Heide

Joachim W. Heide has a strong background in finance and investment banking. Joachim W. currently holds the position of Finansdirektør, Head of Group Finance & Treasury / SVP OBOS BBL at OBOS, where they have been working since May 2021. Joachim W. is also a Member of the Board of Directors at OBOS Boligkreditt AS since the same year.

Prior to their current role, Joachim worked at Nordea, where they held various senior positions. From 2020 to 2020, they served as the Managing Director - Head of Debt Capital Markets Norway - Investment Banking. Before that, they held the role of Managing Director, Head of DCM Norway and DRS Norway Country Senior at Nordea Markets, Corporates & Institutions from 2018 to 2019.

Joachim has extensive experience within Nordea, where they also served as Managing Director, Head of Corporates & Financial Institutions, Norway from 2017 to 2017, and Director, Head of Corporates & Financial Institutions, Norway from 2016 to 2017.

Joachim W. started their career at Nordea Markets, Corporates & Institutions in 2004, where they held various roles such as Director, Co-Head of Corporate Debt, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Investment Banking from 2014 to 2016, and Head of Norwegian Bond Market Origination from 2013 to 2014. Joachim W. also had a role in Fixed Income Origination from 2004 to 2013.

Joachim began their professional journey at Nordea in 2000, where they worked in Acquisition Finance from 2001 to 2004 and started as a Graduate/Trainee from 2000 to 2001.

Joachim W. Heide completed their undergraduate education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1996 to 2000, earning a degree in Siviløkonom. In 1999, they briefly attended HEC Montréal, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, Joachim studied Mechanical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
