Ole Bergmann

Ole Bergmann currently serves as Prosjektleder at OBOS, focused on builder-controlled and total contractor projects in residential construction, both high-rise and low-rise. Prior experience includes serving as Prosjektsjef at Vestafjell AS, overseeing the project portfolio for the construction department and participating in the leadership team. Previously, Ole held the role of Prosjektleder at Helgesen Tekniske bygg AS, managing total contracting for commercial and industrial buildings with responsibilities in project management, financial oversight, staffing, and health, safety, and environment (HSE). Early career experience includes working as Eiendomsforvalter at Realforum, a major privately-owned property company in Bergen, responsible for property acquisition, investment, and management. Ole holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
