Vidar Haugan has served as an Advisor at Oslo tingrett since 2015, following a prior role as a Saksbehandler at Namsfogden i Oslo from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their judicial responsibilities, Haugan has been actively involved in local politics, holding positions such as gruppeleder for the Fremskrittspartiet in Grorud and serving on various boards, including OBOS and GRORUD FRP. Haugan is also the owner of a business in direct sales and event production since 2005. They have a diverse educational background, having studied Project Management at Handelshøyskolen BI and law at The Norwegian Police University College.
