William Ahlinder

William Ahlinder is a seasoned professional in the real estate and construction management sector, currently serving as Projektledare at OBOS since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Projektingenjör at NCC from September 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved cost management and planning for the Hangar 5 project. Earlier, Ahlinder participated in a master trainee program at NCC Stockholm Hus, rotating through various roles, and gained experience as a Fastighetsanalytiker and Fastighetsförvaltare at BESQAB and Newsec, respectively. Ahlinder holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has also studied at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
