K Haile possesses extensive experience in the legal field, having served as a Lecturer of Law at Mizan Tepi University from March 2011 to August 2014, and later as Head of the School of Law and Lecturer at Jimma University from June 2016 to November 2020. K Haile coordinated the Free Legal Aid Center at Mizan Tepi University, providing legal counseling and representation to vulnerable groups. In the realm of public prosecution, K Haile worked as a Senior Public Prosecutor at the National Human Rights Action Plan Office from November 2020 to July 2023.
