Phil Larson

Phil Larson, originally from Poplar, WI, has a rich background in aerospace and technology policy. They served as a Senior Advisor at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and have held significant roles at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and SpaceX, including as Chief of Staff in the Planetary Science Directorate. Phil is currently engaged in strategic partnerships and communications at Observable Space, while also holding leadership positions at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory and the Howard County Economic Development Authority. They hold degrees in Aerospace Studies and International Science and Technology Policy from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and The George Washington University, respectively.
