Observer Tools was founded by tool guys who wanted to start a company based on a simple idea – focusing on customer needs to make remarkable products. What this means to us is ensuring our products make our customer's life easier, delivering a product they can rely on (backed by a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty) and providing unmatched customer service. All at a price that doesn’t break the bank.
