Craig Lee

Craig Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is as the Chief Architect at observIQ, which they started in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Medora for 12 years, holding various roles such as Chief Systems Architect, Vice President of Infrastructure Services, Director of Technology, IT Manager, and Systems Administrator. During their time at Blue Medora, they contributed significantly to strategic projects, conducted technical research, designed enterprise systems, performed IT user needs analysis, and managed the entire IT infrastructure. Craig was also responsible for establishing new lines of business, managing key strategic technical partnerships, and overseeing the QA/Test and Support teams. Before Blue Medora, Craig owned a consulting company called Custom Computing, where they provided IT services for small businesses. Craig also worked at Baker College as a Network Lab Assistant, setting up computer lab environments for networking classes, and at Geek Squad and BCI Communications as a Technician and Internet Technician respectively.

Craig Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Security from Baker College Business and Corporate Services. Craig attended the college from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Craig Lee obtained a certification in Sumo Logic Administration from Sumo Logic in March 2020.
