Kunle Aboaba

Kunle Aboaba has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kunle is currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy at OBSIDI By BPTN, where they have been since June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at the same company from November 2021 to May 2022. Kunle also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Regina from January 2021 to April 2021 and from May 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining OBSIDI By BPTN, Kunle gained extensive experience at CGI, where they held the position of Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, and Project Manager from November 2017 to October 2021. Kunle also served as an Associate at Hudson's Bay Company from June 2017 to October 2017.

Kunle's earlier experiences include working as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager at Access Bank Plc from May 2014 to January 2017, and as a Project Coordinator and Business Development Analyst at CitiServe Limited from September 2010 to May 2014.

Additionally, Kunle worked as a Business Analyst at Astral Waters Limited from April 2010 to August 2010, and as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Consol Associates from January 2008 to August 2008.

Kunle Aboaba has a Masters of Applied Science (MASc) in Software Systems Engineering from the University of Regina. Kunle also has a Certificate of completion in "The Right to Privacy in the Digital Age in Africa" from the University of Pretoria. Before their postgraduate studies, Kunle Aboaba completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University. Kunle also obtained a West African Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE) in Sciences from Abeokuta Grammar School. In addition to their formal education, Kunle Aboaba has obtained several certifications, including the Technical Privacy Masterclass from Privado.ai, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ, ITIL Foundation v3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
