Lee DeLorme has over 30 years of professional work experience. Lee began their career in 1981 as a Broadcast Engineer at KVAL-TV, where they were responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of videotape machines, video monitors, video and audio switchers, and numerous sub systems. Lee also inventoried and ordered $100,000 worth of video and audio tape for KVAL-TV yearly. In 1991, they joined the US Army as a 24T - Patriot Missile Systems Mechanic, where they performed maintenance and repair on various electronic, electrical and mechanical systems. In 1995, they worked as a Part-Time Production Employee at KVAL-TV while attending Lane Community College full-time. From 1997 to 2004, they worked as a Network Administrator for Oregon, Washington & Utah at Farwest Steel Corporation. Lee then worked as a Sr. IT Specialist / Network Administrator / Web Designer at OBEC Consulting Engineers from 2004 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at FW as a Project Based Manufacturing / Production Supervisor and Video Surveillance Technician. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Inventory Specialist at Wilco. Lee is currently working as an Inside Sales and Operations Coordinator at Obsidian Integration.

Lee DeLorme attended Lane Community College from 1995 to 1998, earning an AA in Computer Network Operations. Lee also attended Lane Community College from 1979 to 1981, almost completing an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology in the field of Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology.
