Ishwinder C.

Ishwinder C. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They currently hold the position of Head of Technical Account Management at Obsidian Security since June 2023.

Prior to this, Ishwinder worked at Zscaler for almost a decade, starting in November 2014. During their tenure at Zscaler, Ishwinder held multiple roles including Director - Technical Account Management, Sr. Manager - Technical Account Management, Manager - Technical Account Management, Team Lead - Technical Account Management, and Technical Account Manager. In these positions, Ishwinder was responsible for managing teams, overseeing revenue management, maintaining strategic continuity, building and sustaining relationships with enterprise accounts, managing implementation and consulting projects, and delivering solutions consulting and customer success.

Before joining Zscaler, Ishwinder worked as a Senior Technical Services Engineer at Cisco from November 2013 to November 2014. They also held the role of Network Engineer at Aricent from February 2010 to November 2013 and worked as a Technical Resolution Expert at Dell from July 2009 to January 2010.

Ishwinder C. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Networks from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Ishwinder completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Panjab University, which was achieved from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Ishwinder has obtained multiple certifications, including the Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional from Zscaler in August 2016, the VCP-DCV from VMware in July 2014, and the CCIE Security from Cisco in September 2011.
