Ece Dündar serves as the Global People & Culture Lead at OBSS since April 2021, where the company excels in software development and related services. Prior experience includes roles as People Consultant at W Hotels, managing employee training, recruitment processes, and engagement initiatives from May 2019 to April 2021, and as Human Resources Assistant at Valeo, supporting personnel affairs and performance assessments from March 2016 to July 2017. Earlier experience also includes an internship in Human Resources at Pegasus Airlines. Ece Dündar holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Yeditepe University and completed an Erasmus program at Universität Osnabrück.
